I am in the Stirling Council and they do not give us two rubbish bins, hence I asked the question as I find this very odd.

Supposedly they do the sorting themselves, however I really cannot believe this.

I have never heard of a shire in this day and age not giving at least two bins for recycling.

We in the Sutherland Shire, NSW, & have the standard small rubbish bin with the red lid, (Only 1 bag a week, from us, as we compost,) 2 yellow lidded recycling bins,& 3 green bins, which we mostly fill every fortnight, because our house is surrounded by a LOT of trees, so I'm always pick up bark, sticks, small branches, & leaves! We can ask our council for as many bins as we like, which are paid for, by our rates.

We have two bins in Harrington Waters, Rockingham.
Yes, we have 2 bins, one for regular rubbish and one for recycling. However we have very little rubbish that goes into our standard bin as we compost almost everything.
Yes. One for garbage, & one for recycling. The latter is nearly always full, & the former, usually just one large bags' worth!
